In 1988 Andrew was given an opportunity to work for The Cornerstone Companies located in Farmington, CT. Cornerstone owned and managed over two million square feet of shopping center space. It was his seven years at Cornerstone that Andrew learned the commercial real estate business and worked his way up to Director of Leasing. 

With retail store and Landlord representation knowledge, Andrew became a Tenant rep broker with SullivanHayes Companies. Between 1995-2022 he represented many prominent retail and restaurant chains with their expansion plans throughout New England and New York State. A list of notable clients includes Aspen Dental, Arby’s, Brooks Pharmacy, DXL Big and Tall Apparel, Gander Mountain, Hancock Fabrics, KinderCare, McDonalds, 99 Restaurant & Pub, Office Depot, Olive Garden, Qdoba, Santander Bank, Taco Bell and Texas Roadhouse.
